First off I have to say I really love your site and theme. It's so clean and simple and intuitive. It's not like other sites that are crowded by sidebars and stuff, or blogrolls, etc. Just good pictures, fonts, and layout, oh and don't forget an awesome recipe!

Just made these and they are delicious! Was enough to make about 12 mini tarts! Thanks for the clean site and divine tarts! ^_^

I'm a sucker for tarts and any kind of mini dessert! These look so simple as long as you can master the lemon curd. Here is another lemon curd recipe to try.

Oh, my mouth is watering at this one. A good lemon curd (whether for these tarts, or say a lemon meringue pie) is such a thing of beauty. Smooth, tart and sweet at the same time, refreshing. These look delicious. I can't wait to try all of the recipes that make the whole. Who knows? Maybe I'll end up with a new go-to shortbread crust.

Anyway, I found you through Tastespotting and wanted to say that if you have any photos that aren't accepted there, I'd love to publish them. I hope you'll check out my new site (below); it's a lot of fun!

I haven't tried the tarts, but I did buy a bottle of that Loupiac when I was in Montreal in May. I sampled it with some Chaume and Morbier. It went better with the blue veined cheese, I thought. Wonderful stuff! I can't wait to try this recipe!
